    A more contemporary style of reformer workout, this class varies from traditional sequencing and uses the reformer for the ultimate anti-resistance workout. Each will move through targeted blocks of exercises designed to work you to your edge through slow controlled movements. Low impact but HIGH intensity.

  • REFORMER

    This classical class blends traditional sequences like footwork with long box, with functional movement in a continuous flow. You will build technique, and control while still challenging your strength. It’s a great place for growing practitioners and for those who want to focus on form and function.

  • JUMP

    Jump is a fusion of Pilates and plyometrics. This class creates the perfect balance of cardio and muscle conditioning, leaving you feeling energized and accomplished as you master the art of controlled power on the Reformer. Jump is a unique class that offers BIG results. Perfect for heart rate training, and core training.

  • BASICS

    This class is ideal for new and beginner level Pilates clients on the reformer. The class will flow at a slower pace and focuses on learning and practicing the fundamentals of Pilates techniques and basic reformer exercises.

  • THE MAN CLASS

    The MAN class is held on Sunday nights and is for the guys who want to focus on stretching and gaining back lost mobility and healthy ranges of motion. We will work from the feet and calves first, then move up through the hips back and shoulders.

  • STRENGTH AND STRETCH

    Move through a mindful and restorative reformer flow. Controlled movements that will lengthen your body with resisted stretching. Breath and restore with balance and flow.
